SoCal Drone Pet Recovery provides lost pet search support and thermal drone search services in Southern California.

• Lost pet information such as pet name, breed, size, behavior, photos, last-seen details, sightings, and search notes.
• Location information needed for a mission, including last-seen address, search area, meeting points, and map pins you provide.
• Payment and invoice records. Card numbers are handled by payment processors and are not stored directly by us.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, security logs, and site usage information.

How we use information

• To evaluate whether a drone search makes sense for the missing pet situation.
• To communicate with customers, pilots, and authorized helpers during a mission.
• To create mission records, intake records, maps, invoices, receipts, live stream or watch links, and customer portal access.
• To process payments, manage billing, respond to support requests, and keep required business records.
• To secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website and mission portal.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to provide services, operate the website, process payments, comply with law, protect safety, or with your direction.

Service providers may include website hosting, cloud storage, database, email, payment, form, map, video, analytics, security, and communication providers, including Google/Firebase, Cloudflare, Stripe, Google Maps, YouTube, Mux, and Jotform when those tools are used for a mission or site feature.

Pet photos, addresses, and search details

Lost pet work can involve sensitive location and family information. Please avoid sending gate codes, alarm codes, medical information, or other unrelated private details unless they are required for mission safety or access.

We may use non-sensitive mission outcomes, photos, or search examples for education or marketing only with permission or after removing identifying details where appropriate.

Retention and security

We keep mission, billing, and communication records for as long as needed for service, accounting, legal, safety, dispute, and business purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website, email, or cloud system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. We may need to keep certain records when required for billing, legal, safety, fraud prevention, or business record purposes.
